Shipments and returns

Shipping Information

SharkRF ships out products worldwide from our Tallinn (Estonia) warehouse by way of FedEx or UPS with tracking. Products in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please allow a 1-5 day processing time for all new orders after receipt of payment. We do not ship to PO Boxes. The seller is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery shall take place DAP (Delivery At Place) in accordance with the Incoterms 2010, unless otherwise specified. Buyer is liable to pay any import duties and taxes which his/her local customs authority deems appropriate. If the buyer refuses the delivery, the shipment will be destroyed automatically by the carrier and a refund or chargeback is not applicable in this case. Refunds cannot be requested while the shipment is in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: 14 days from date of delivery in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear. Buyer must pay for return shipping.

For returns/exchanges, follow the steps described below in the Return Procedure section.

Warranties, Refunds, Repairs and Exchanges

SharkRF warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years* from the original date of purchase. If purchased through an authorized retailer, you may wish to first attempt return/exchange through the retailer though all warranty issues accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase are eligible to be evaluated for possible repair or a onetime replacement.

Each warranty item is processed individually and must be returned to SharkRF once the customer contacted [email protected], completed the Return Procedure steps discussed in email, and the return is authorized. SharkRF will not pay for inbound shipping. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments. Please allow two weeks (10 business days) from the date that we receive the product(s) to be contacted or shipped replacement items.

SharkRF only replace items purchased through SharkRF webshop or other authorized SharkRF product retailers.

PLEASE NOTE: this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accident (including weather damages)
  • Improper care
  • After-market modifications
  • No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.

* Refurbished products, batteries and USB cables have only one year long warranty period (70% battery end of warranty capacity).

The functionality of SharkRF products may depend on third-party networks, servers, or protocols (e.g., DMR, D-STAR, C4FM). SharkRF is not responsible for the uptime or availability of these external services. Service interruptions beyond SharkRF's control do not constitute a product defect and are not valid grounds for a chargeback.

Return Procedure

Please contact us for further instructions in email ([email protected]) if you want to return a product. Return shipments are not accepted without the seller’s prior authorization.

Prices

All displayed prices are in EUR or USD currency, including VAT for EU countries. The Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated for the European customers based on the delivery address during the checkout process. The payment is possible in EUR or USD currency and the seller is not responsible for the exchange rates of the foreign banks. The seller uses dynamic pricing in which the prices of products and services are set flexible based on current market demands so the current prices can change anytime without prior notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Furthermore it is not possible to apply for a discount afterwards.

Mandatory Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with a financial institution, the Customer agrees to contact SharkRF support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the issue. The Customer agrees to allow SharkRF at least 5 business days to respond to the inquiry before proceeding with a formal bank dispute.
